We encourage customers to carefully review the product details and ensure that they are satisfied with their choice before making a purchase.
2. No Cancellation Policy
As our wooden sculptures are one-of-a-kind, we do not accept cancellations after an order has been placed. Please make sure you are certain about your purchase before completing the transaction.
3. No Returns or Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any purchased wooden sculptures. If you are unsure about the material, quality, or appearance of a sculpture, we strongly encourage you to visit our gallery in person before making a purchase.
4. Product Viewing in Gallery
If you are unsure about a specific sculpture or its quality, we invite you to visit our gallery where you can view the sculptures in person. By doing so, you can assess the material, craftsmanship, and overall appeal before making your decision to purchase.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective sculpture, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and either offer a replacement or store credit based on the situation.
